High-risk pregnancy care
The Perinatal Center at Sunrise specializes in caring for expectant women with high-risk pregnancies. We combine leading technology with family-centered care to provide comprehensive high-risk care for you and your baby.
Our team consists of highly skilled obstetricians, perinatologists (OB/GYNs who specialize in high-risk pregnancies) and nurses who are all fetal heart rate certified through the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses, an accredited organization providing advanced nursing education.
Neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)
Our Level III NICU cares for babies born before 32 weeks, who have a low birth weight, and those who have medical conditions or need surgery. Our neonatologists and specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to care for our tiniest patients.
If your baby needs to be transported to Sunrise Children's Hospital for a higher level of care, our NICU transport team is available at a moment's notice.
