Public entrance hours expanding 4:30am - 9:00pm

Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center and Sunrise Children's Hospital are expanding public entrance hours. Effective Monday, October 28, all public access entrance hours will be open an extra half hour every day 4:30am to 9:00pm. Patients or visitors needing to access the campus may do so 24/7 via the Emergency Department.

Medical/surgical floors/maternity

24 hours a day. Family and visitors are welcome at Sunrise Hospital at any time. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Sunrise Children's Hospital does not allow minor visitors (under the age of 18) between 9:00pm and 4:30am. Exceptions include parents of the patient.

Critical care (ICU/CCU)

24 hours a day with some exceptions.

Up to two visitors are allowed at one time in any Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and semi-private rooms.

NICU

For Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), only parents and grandparents may visit, unless an alternate visitor has been identified.
