Las Vegas, NV – Jerrica George, FACHE has joined Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV as Chief Operating Officer (COO). The announcement was made by Todd P. Sklamberg, Chief Executive Officer, Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center and Sunrise Children’s Hospital. Previously, Jerrica served as the COO and Ethics and Compliance Officer at HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe.
Jerrica brings over 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership in operations and extensive service line growth strategy and development to Sunrise Hospital. Her previous experience includes service as COO of Las Vegas-based Summerlin Hospital and Centennial Hills Hospital. Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center and Sunrise Children’s Hospital, a 762-bed facility, are part of HCA Healthcare and Nevada’s largest acute care facility.
Jerrica earned her Master of Health Administration and Bachelor of Science, Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas. She is a member and Fellow American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and past member and mentor of the Executive Women’s Alliance.
