Are you at risk for lung cancer?
If all of the following statements describe you, then you should consider having a screening scan of your lungs. Please review this tool with your doctor and request a referral to the Sunrise Hospital Lung Cancer Screening. If you do not have a doctor, contact us for a referral at 702-233-5300.
[ ] You are between 55-74 years old
[ ] You are a former smoker or have a smoking history of at least 20 or more pack years
Pack years = (# packs per day) X (# years smoking)
[ ] You have, to your knowledge, never been diagnoesd with lung cancer
[ ] You have, to your knowledge, no prior history of cancer (other than non-melanoma skin cancer), within the past 5 years
