Free Stroke Screening Provided by Sunrise Health Sunrise

Las Vegas, NV - Every year 140,000 people die from a stroke, making it the nation’s third leading cause of death. People most at risk for stroke are those with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, smoke, and/or are obese. Could you be at risk?
The hospitals of Sunrise Health – Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, MountainView Hospital and Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center – are offering free stroke screenings in celebration of National Stroke Awareness Month. The stroke screenings consist of a self-assessment of risk factors and blood pressure checks.
